Each staff person has a PC on his or her desk which allows all members to be responsive immediately to inquiries from the client or the debtor.  In addition, our imaging technology enables review of documents from the desktop, without the need to access the hard copy file.

We utilize the most advanced methods to locate debtors, their employment and their assets, including a full range of Internet based research tools. We are on line with the Credit Bureau and can electronically access records of the Department of Motor Vehicles, Bankruptcy Courts, Secretary of State and Real Estate records.
